Distance Education

The NETS Distance Program includes two parts:
– NETS Discipleship Certificate (NDC) – unaccredited (five books)
– NETS Certificate in Christian Ministry (CCM) – accredited level 3 (twenty NBI books)

Details NETS Discipleship Certificate The NETS Discipleship Certificate (NDC) program consists of five topics covered in five books (provided by the Nehemiah Bible Institute in SA). The topics are:
Book A – Build your spiritual life
Book B – Learning to pray
Book C – The church is alive and growing
Book D – Called to be stewards
Book E – Living in a world of spirits
Each book is tested through an open book test. Those who complete the program receive an unaccredited NETS Discipleship Certificate. After this, it is possible to continue in the Certificate in Christian Ministry (accredited, level 3) program which consist of 20 more topics.

Costs for the NETS Discipleship program: 150 NAD registration fee plus five times 160 NAD for each book = total of 950 NAD per student (fees 2025)

For enrolment into the Discipleship Certificate, students are required to fill in the registration form and hand in a copy of their ID.

Students are required to be part of what we call a Learning Community (LC). LC’s meet regularly and are guided by a volunteer facilitator who is theologically qualified. Please note that this is not a paid position, but an opportunity to equip others in the body of Christ for the health and growth of the local church. NETS will discuss with the Learning Community who can guide it as a facilitator.
