Students who are able to study full-time at our main campus in Windhoek are able to study for the following qualifications:
- Certificate in Theology (1 year, NQF level 4)
- Diploma in Ministry (2 years, NQF level 5)
- Diploma in Theology (2 years, NQF level 6)
- Bachelor of Theology (3 years, NQF level 7)
Students who are working, but who are able to attend classes during the day at our Windhoek campus can also study for any of above qualifications part-time.
Students who cannot attend during the day, but who can attend classes at our Windhoek campus at night, can study towards our Certificate in Theology (NQF level 4).
Each Semester NETS offers a selection of subjects from the Certificate program through both our NETS@Night program, and as 1 week intensives for students who cannot be in Windhoek regularly. It is thus possible to complete the Certificate in Theology part-time over 4 or more years.
For students who cannot study at our Windhoek campus we have a Department of Distance Education (DDE). Through the NETS Distance Department you can study towards the Certificate in Christian Ministry (NQF level 3). This course is available in Runkwangali, Afrikaans, English, Oshikwanyama, Oshindonga and Otjiherero.
For students who cannot attend classes – but who do have access to reliable and fast internet – we have developed an Online learning platform that enables students to study part-time towards our NQF level 4 Certificate in Theology. To ensure appropriate standards of online education NETS restricts the online mode of learning to a maximum of two subjects per semester. As such it will take between 4 and 8 years to complete the NETS Certificate in Theology online.
