Lukas is passionate about training and equipping leaders for ministry. Before coming to NETS he served as Secretary & Treasurer, as well as Director of Theological education for Anglican Church of Namibia. He is married to Aune Kashikuka, a mathematics teacher by profession. They have a son named Leuyanoshinge Latumbala Livingstone.
